Return and Refund Policy

**Accessories:**

All non-electronic accessories are covered by a seven-day warranty, which excludes exchanges and refunds.

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects; physical and water damage are not covered within the warranty period. FonesTech will only provide an exchange service if the customer discovers a manufacturing fault or purchased the incorrect product. Please exercise caution when making purchases, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for accessories.

All electronic accessories are covered by a thirty-day warranty, which follows the same terms and conditions as the non-electronic accessories warranty.

**Repairs:**

FonesTech provides a ninety-day repair warranty, excluding water and physical damage.

**Smart Device Sales:**

All smart devices sold by FonesTech are covered by a 90 days for USED and 12 months for Brand New Devices. Please exercise caution when making purchases, as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if the customer changes their mind or is dissatisfied with the product.

**Important Note:**

Please keep your warranty receipt until the warranty expires. Without the receipt, we will be unable to assist you. Products can only be exchanged with their original packaging and in their original condition.
